Face-to-face counselling on any issues with a choice of women counsellors who are highly experienced and fully qualified. Call us at the office 444 4618 to start the appointment process for this affordable service.

Community Support Service - Social Work
Our Support Worker will work along side you to help you find your own solutions to issues effecting your well being and family life. Call the office to begin the process. You can self refer, or suggest the service for a friend or family member.Drop-in:
A safe and supportive environment where women can meet. Please drop in and see us between 9am and 3pm Monday through Friday. You can check out our clothing exchange when you come by.
Courses and support groups:
A variety of courses are offered each year. We change our offerings to run with school terms. Let the office know if you want to enrol in plenty of time to ensure the classes are able to go ahead.

Legal clinic:
Free legal advice for women who do not have a lawyer. Clinics are held on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. Appointments essential.

Presentations:
Body Image Seminars are available to all schools on the Shore. These seminars run about 45 mintues, and include information, videos, activities, and discussion around body image, the media, dieting, and ways to improve on these issues. Contact Kristi at 444.4618 for enquiries!
Go Girl! Programme:
Go Girl! Programme is a fun 8 week course for girls ages 11-16. Its aim is to increase self-esteem, assertiveness, and a positive body image. Other goals will be to promote healthy relationships, coping mechanisms, boundaries, and encourage new communication skills.The programme can be held at schools or at the Women's Centre in Glenfield.
