It's All about me! 2-day Holiday Programme
"2-day" holiday programmes for young women aged 11-16. Fun activities, learn aboout yourself and gain new skills. Its aim is to increase self-esteem, assertiveness, and a positive body image. Other goals will be to promote healthy relationships, coping mechanisms, improve confidence, and setting personal boundaries. All this, in a fun and safe environment with the opportunity of making more friends.Holiday Programmes to be held in April, July and October 2012
